JHAKAAS GAADI – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. DEFINITIONS • Services: Water-less exterior cleaning, tyre polishing, interior dry vacuum/foam/steam cleaning, helmet & boot cleaning (two-wheeler), vehicle health checks (tyre pressure/health monitoring, chain cleaning, brake pad status, coolant/brake fluid/wiper fluid levels, engine oil status, OBD scans), parking guard sticker in QR Code with reporting, and "free vehicle servicing" (labor only; parts chargeable via partners). • Subscription: Monthly prepaid plan (SWACH: essential exterior care; JHAKAAS: complete care with health monitoring). • Photo Proof: Before/After photos (minimum 4 angles exterior; interior as applicable) and cleaner selfie. • Approved Location: Pre-approved apartment complexes/offices where Jhakaas Gaadi operates; changes subject to availability. • Subscriber/Customer: Any person who books or subscribes to Services via app/phone/website. • Force Majeure: Events beyond control (weather, strikes, pandemics, government orders) delaying/cancelling services.
2. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION • You must be 18+ and provide accurate details (name, contact, vehicle information, location) via the app • Subscriptions require app registration; non-subscribers may book one-off services if available • Jhakaas Gaadi reserves the right to refuse service based on vehicle condition, location feasibility, or compliance risks
3. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS & PAYMENT (GST INCLUSIVE)
TWO-WHEELER (Bikes/Scooters): • SWACH (₹600/month): Daily waterless exterior cleaning; daily photo updates; monthly tyre polishing; monthly Paint Protective Polish™; photo proof • JHAKAAS (₹950/month): All SWACH features + weekly tyre polishing; Paint Protective Polish™ twice monthly; weekly boot/topbox cleaning; weekly vehicle health check (tyre pressure, brake pads, brake oil, coolant, chain cleaning); photo proof
CARS: • SWACH - Essential Exterior Care (₹950/month): Daily waterless exterior cleaning; daily photo updates; monthly tyre polishing; monthly Paint Protective Polish™; photo proof • JHAKAAS - Complete Care + Health Monitoring (₹1,800/month): All SWACH features + weekly tyre polishing; Paint Protective Polish™ twice monthly; weekly waterless interior cleaning; weekly vehicle health check (tyre pressure, brake pads, brake oil, coolant, wiper washer fluid top-up); monthly OBD scan + PDF report; photo proof
DISCLAIMER: • Paint Protective Polish™: Advanced protective coating via proprietary waterless process. Not ceramic coating, PPF, or traditional wax • Health checks are visual advisory observations only - not certified mechanical diagnostics • OBD scans are basic fault code reads - findings are advisory, not diagnostic guarantees • All prices exclude 18% GST
BOOKING & PAYMENT: • Booking via app; slots first-come-first-served, subject to availability and weather • Payment: Prepaid monthly; auto-renewal unless paused/cancelled 48 hours prior to renewal • Accepted via app-integrated gateway (UPI, cards, wallets) • Late payments may suspend services • Failed payments may pause recurring plans until payment is updated
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES: • Free cancellation ≥2 hours before slot • Reschedule once per booking if requested ≥3 hours prior • Price changes with advance notice; existing cycles unchanged until renewal • No refunds post-service completion except for verified JG fault
4. SERVICE EXECUTION • Schedule: Exterior 3:00–11:00 AM (or as booked); Interior day slots only • Photo documentation mandatory for all services • Cluster routing may vary exact visit times within assigned windows • Additional charges for heavily soiled vehicles (mud/grease/pet hair/spills) • Service may be refused for biohazards, excessive soiling, accident damage, or hazards
TWO-WHEELER SPECIFIC SERVICES (Jhakaas Plan): • Chain Cleaning: External cleaning only; no lubrication, removal, tension adjustment, alignment, or torqueing • Tyre Pressure/Health Monitoring: Visual/indicative monitoring only; no inflation/deflation, puncture repair, wheel removal, or balancing • Brake Pad Status: Visual check of disc brakes only without opening wheels/calipers; drum brakes not inspected • Helmet Cleaning: Exterior wipe and visor cleaning; light interior wipe without dismantling liners/pads • Scooter Boot Cleaning: Light debris removal; customer must empty boot prior to service
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES • Remove all valuables before service (cash, documents, gadgets, jewelry, helmets, accessories) • Disclose pre-existing damages, sensitive finishes, allergies, or hazards before booking • Ensure vehicle is parked legally, accessibly, and safely • Arrange RWA/security permissions for gated areas • Treat staff respectfully; abuse/harassment results in immediate refusal and ban • Be reachable during service window for access issues • Report dissatisfaction or alleged damage within 6 hours via app with photos/videos
6. LIMITED LIABILITY & EXCLUSIONS • JG not liable for pre-existing damages, scratches, dents, rust, electrical/mechanical issues, or normal wear/tear • No guarantee of 100% removal for stubborn stains, deep grime, odors, mould, tar, or embedded dirt • Health checks and OBD scans are advisory only; not diagnostic guarantees • "Free Servicing" covers labor at partners only; parts, taxes, and partner workmanship not JG's responsibility • No liability for delays/cancellations due to Force Majeure events • Service may be refused for biohazards, hazardous materials, or accident-compromised vehicles
TWO-WHEELER SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS: • Chain cleaning only; no mechanical adjustments; not liable for chain performance issues • Tyre monitoring indicative only; not liable for inflation/deflation or punctures • Brake pad status advisory only; customer must seek workshop inspection for concerns • Helmet cleaning without dismantling; not liable for adhesive/foam degradation or moisture discomfort
7. DAMAGE CLAIMS & DISPUTES • Report issues within 6 hours post-service via app with photos/videos • JG will investigate with photo proof review • Valid claims may result in rework, pro-rated credits, or refunds capped at service value • No liability for indirect/consequential losses • Dispute resolution governed by Indian laws; Bengaluru courts jurisdiction • Arbitration under Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 if needed
8. FINALITY OF PAYMENTS – NO REFUNDS POLICY • All payments and subscriptions are FINAL, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and NON-REFUNDABLE • No returns accepted for services or physical items once delivered/applied • If vehicle inaccessible at scheduled time, visit marked completed with photo proof; no refund/credit/reschedule • Sole remedy for service quality concerns is rework request within 6 hours with evidence • No compensation for alleged damages, delays, or dissatisfaction • Physical items (stickers) non-returnable once delivered/applied
9. PRIVACY & PHOTO CONSENT • Mandatory photo documentation for all services (before/after, cleaner selfie, timestamp, geotag) • By booking, customer consents to photo proofing for verification, quality control, and marketing • Number plates masked for public use unless explicit consent is obtained • Withdrawal of consent must be in writing and may limit service options • Privacy Policy governs data storage, access, and retention
10. TERMINATION & CONDUCT • JG may terminate/suspend for violations, non-payment, abuse, or safety risks without refund • Respectful conduct mandatory; abuse/harassment results in immediate ban • Prohibited conditions include hazardous substances, firearms, narcotics, bio-waste, pests, blood, vomit • Staff follow safety SOPs; customers must not instruct unsafe acts
11. GENERAL TERMS • Service limited to Approved Locations; changes require advance notice and availability • Updates to terms provided via app/email; continued use constitutes acceptance • "Free Vehicle Servicing" defined as zero labor charges at partner workshops; customer pays parts/taxes • Partners independent; their workmanship and timelines their responsibility • Tools and equipment for service only; not to be loaned • Weather/Force Majeure may cause rescheduling; next best slot offered • Intellectual property (logos, stickers, app content) belongs to JG; unauthorized use prohibited
